You can pick up the bike on the day of your reservation from your selected location. The address will be mentioned in the confirmation email.

The following documents need to be submitted before renting a ride:Valid driver’s license to ride a motor-vehicle with gear, in India. (For international visitors, a valid driving license from their home country with International Driving Permit is necessary along with a valid Visa. Original to be brought, copy will be retained for record.)
1 A copy of your Passport (OR) Original Aadhar Card (OR) A test mail from your corporate e-mail ID.
2 1 Rupee swipe with either your debit or credit card (not mandatory if condition (1) is satisfied.)
If you’re a student, following are the documents to be submitted, in addition to a valid Driver’s license–
1 Original College ID
2 Original Aadhar card
3 1 Rupee swipe with either your debit or credit card (not mandatory if conditions (1) and (2) are satisfied.)

Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. You will receive an email from Relax Bikes confirming your booking and the address of the pick up location.

Select the bike you like from the list of available bikes and also select the pickup location of your choice. You will be asked to login or sign up. Sign up is easy with few essential details like email address and phone number. After that, reconfirm your selected bike, dates and pickup location and you will be taken to the payment gateway. Your reservation is confirmed after you make the payment.

Customer can call 30mins before when they arrive that time takemybike person will pick you at your location 5 kms radius from Coimbatore city railway station

When the customer completed their ride takmybike person will drop you where he/she go back 5kms radius from Coimbatore city railway station
